It's time to whip up the ever popular Steak Sandwich! This dish is an Aussie classic and one of the favourite's in the Garden's Cafe! Follow Craig along in this week's episode of Cooking With Craig and become the favourite at home for dinner!

INGREDIENTS 

  • 100-150g rib fillet or rump
  • Lettuce mix
  • Slice tomato
  • Slice onion
  • BBQ sauce
  • Turkish bread

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Grill steak & onions
  • Slice bread in ½ & toast Bread
  • Assemble in following order
    • Bread
    • Lettuce
    • Tomato
    • Steak
    • Grilled onion
    • BBQ sauce
    • Bread

Any sauce can be substituted for the BBQ.

Tip: Bacon, egg, beetroot, pickles can be added for extra zing!!
