The Greenbank RSL Sub-Branch offers assistance to all serving and ex-Service members of the ADF and their families. Pension Officers are available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings to assist with claims to the Department of Veterans' Affairs. There are no appointments available on Thursday until after 12pm due to the operation of the Drop-In Centre. Appointments however, may be considered outside of these hours. The Welfare Officers regularly visit Veterans' at home, in hospital and nursing homes. Poppy Services are also available at the gravesite for any ex-Service member upon request from the family.

Our Pension Officers are qualified under the DVA sponsored Advocacy Training and Developement Program (ADTP) and can advise you of your entitlements according to your service history.

For your protection, we believe that any claim made to the Department of Veterans' Affairs should receive the advice and assistance of a qualified Welfare Practitioner before submission.

For Welfare appointments, please call 07 3380 0209 or email at welfare@greenbankrsl.com.au or subbranch@greenbankrsl.com.au
