Greenbank RSL Club boasts seven bars and two bottleshops. They are located in prominent, easily accessible locations.
Top Deck on Anzac – The latest addition to the Club, the resort style bar is a unique bar in Brisbane. An open air design without walls, it brings a new element to the Club’s facilities, allowing for a getaway area with a laid back feel.
Star Bar: Bubble Bar – The Star Bar is an ultra modern bar and lounge with dazzling light shows, a huge illuminated polycarbonate star, 9 metre waterfall, colour changing bubble walls and adjoining “Out There’ smoking deck. It is amidst all the action on the ground floor, plus it also has two "Big Screens" to sit back and watch live events and be entertained
Flanders Bar – Located at the back section of the first floor and adjacent to the Southern Cross Buffet Restaurant, this bar is perfect if you want to settle into one of the comfortable lounges and enjoy one of the superb cocktails while listening to the cool tunes of the piano man. It offers a cosy, ambient environment centered around a baby grand piano.
Southern Cross and Medallions Bistro Bar – These bars service patrons in the busy restaurants so that patrons can enjoy table service while they dine.
Sports Bar – Located on the lower level of the Club, the Sports Bar is the Southside’s premiere Sports Bar. Showcasing the best of Australian and International sports, the Sports Bar celebrates sport like no other venue before it. With 14 plasmas, TAB and pool tables, the Sports Bar is the perfect venue to watch the game, catch up with mates and have a coldie!
The Memorial Room Bar – The Memorial Room bar services patrons using the facilities of the Memorial Room. This room is used for a variety of events including functions, concerts, bingo, cabaret shows and luncheons.
Club Main Reception and Side Reception Bottleshop – Providing a large range of wines, beers, spirits and mixers, the bottleshops are located at both entry and exit points enhancing the convenience for patrons.
Greenbank RSL offers some of Brisbane’s most cosmopolitan dining. Greenbank RSL boasts restaurants and a café offering an incredible variety of cuisines and atmospheres. From fresh seafood and alfresco dining to a la carte dining, there is a wide variety under one roof.
Southern Cross Buffet Restaurant - Southern Cross Buffet Restaurant is a great place for family and friends. Each night is themed and prices to suit all occasions. It has a seating capacity of 220 guests.
Medallions Restaurant – Medallions has a seating capacity of 240 and is available for bistro or a la carte dining seven days a week. The menu comprises an extensive range from traditional roasts and Asian cuisine to juicy steaks and succulent seafood dishes.
Down Under Café & Bar – The Down Under Café suits those who are after a more casual dining experience. The menu consists of light meals and snacks. Guests also have the choice of dining indoors or al fresco.
GAMING AND WAGERING FACILITIES
Greenbank RSL has 280 poker machines across two gaming areas, 4 Keno terminals throughout the Club and two TAB terminals in the Sports Bar. All facilities are easily accessible making our patrons experiences exciting and comfortable.
The Strip Gaming Floor – Designed with a ‘Vegas-like’ feel, The Strip Gaming Floor is designed to make a statement with various oversized design features, mirrored with the finest of details.
The Memorial Room is utilized for a vast range of activities such as Bingo, discos, concerts, cabaret shows, luncheons, wedding receptions and auctions. The room has a seating capacity of 220 and also boasts its own dedicated bar facility.
The Southern Cross Restaurant is often used for larger functions such as corporate lunches and dinners and weddings. Guests enjoy the regular comforts of the Southern Cross Restaurant with individual touches applied by the Function Team.
Top Deck is the perfect location for a function. With its open air environment, Top Deck makes for the perfect cocktail gathering or for a big milestone event!
Sporting Rooms – The lower and original level of the Club houses the Sports Bar and, as the name suggests, this area takes on a predominantly sporting focus. It houses TAB and Keno terminals, 14 plasma screens broadcasting Foxtel and Sky Channels, pool tables and video games all surrounded by an array of sporting memorabilia.
